Ero Manga! H mo Manga mo Step-up Episode 1 part 1

Okazaki Kazuya, a college student on the brink of graduation who’s deeply passionate about erotic manga, finds himself jobless while his peers secure positions. Distracted by his hobby, he hasn’t done any job hunting. One day, while browsing Comic Bottom, a mediocre erotic manga magazine, he spots an ad for an editorial position at the magazine, which is in dire need of a refresh.
Seeing this as his chance, Kazuya applies and secures the position. However, he soon discovers that the editorial department is on the brink of collapse, with quirky and challenging coworkers and an unmotivated editor-in-chief. Despite the chaos, he’s determined to succeed in the industry he loves and help revitalize the magazine.
